our DESIGN PROCESS

1. contact us

Schedule a time with us to discuss your project. You can fill out an online form, call, text or email us.

2. we come MEET you at your SITE

We will come out to your property, meet you, listen and take detail notes about your project. We will assess your site conditions including drainage, irrigation, existing plant material, property lines etc.
We will determine if you need a landscape design or just a particular space defined and an estimate from us.
We will discuss any cost associated with a design as well and go over all the benefits of working with us.
Not all projects require a landscape plan, renderings or a design fee.*

3. CONCEPT PLAN created

In most cases we typically move forward with a professional design for your project. We will take all the information from our initial meeting and create a "rough draft" landscape design called the concept plan.
We will meet a second time to go over the concept plan and make any necessary changes or amendments before the final design is started.

4. FINAL DESIGN completed

We will use the information from the concept meeting to create your final landscape design. It will be a large format, professional design, drawn to scale with construction details and a plant list.

5. Estimates are provided

With the final landscape design completed, we will provide you with a line itemized cost to install your landscape. We can break your project down into work areas as well.

6. INSTALLATION scheduled

If you are happy with the final design and our estimate, we can move forward with Installation. A contract will be drafted and signed and we will schedule a date to start construction of your landscape.
